Add an event

Submissions are not published immediately. This form opens a pre-filled GitHub issue that a maintainer verifies against the official event page before anything reaches the directory.

You need the official event URL. That is what a maintainer checks the dates, location and topic against. Submissions without a verifiable source are rejected.
